Unlike most sellers, we do not charge for UK Mainland delivery.
Overseas, please contact us directly for a delivery cost.
We accept debit/credit card payments using our secure payment system.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
At peak time such as Christmas, Mothers Day and Valentines please allow an extra day or two.
Please allow up to 10 for delivery before contact us.
Our online shop has a secure check out method.Our provider, STRIPE do not store your payment details.
On the rare occasion you are unhappy with one of our products or are experience an issue with them, please email: email@example.com and somebody will be in touch.
You will receive a confirmation email.Furthermore once the order is fulfilled you will receive a further email.This means it’s on it’s way to the Post Office.
As most orders are place as gifts.No invoice is given unless specifically requested..

Yes. No animal products are used and our products are suitable for vegans.Also, environmentally friendly as we use fragrance without toxins or paraffins & soya wax.
Where possible, re-cycled packaging is used.
Our products are a mix of essential oils and synthetic fragrance, but they aren’t toxic to the environment or people/animals. We source our wax responsibly and use local produce where possible. We try to source our botanical toppings from our estate.
Yes, all our products are safe to use around babies and pets. We do not use harmful paraffin or toxins in any of our products.We only put the most natural ingredients in them.
All wax melts should give you a minimum of 20hrs fragrance.
You can use either method for melting you wax melt.
As we currently don’t charge for delivery, unfortunately we will not refund your return costs in this unlikely event.
